When Will My Items Ship?
We do our best to estimate ship times on the items page. Most items ship in 1-2 days, and some take longer dependant on the item. Please visit the specific items page for estimated shipping time on the items. In the case of an item being out of stock you will be notified and it will be shipped after arriving directly to you. To check your order status at anytime vist your "My Account" page and view your "Order History"
Returns / Exchanges:
Defective Items: Any defective item will be replaced with 15 days of purchase if a like item is available, in the case of the like item being unavailable you will be refunded the item cost.
Returns / Exchanges:
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if you are not 100% satisfied as long as the item is in new condition. Shipping costs may be refundable if the return is a result of our error. Items returned that are not a result of our error.
Not satisfied with an item?
We want to make the return proccess as easy as possible so to get an exchange or refund you just need to create an RMA ticket #. To do this simply login to the Your Account page, view your previous orders and click on the order you wish to return. Then just click on the item you wish to return and we will reply promptly to schedule your return or exchange!
